I would like to let you know of a retreat upcoming for parishioners between 18 and 30 called Defenders of Christ: In a World Undone. The Retreat will give its participants time to wind down and reflect on how they can be strong Catholics in the world, especially during this Lenten season. The retreat will take place at the Graymoor Spiritual Center in Garrison, on Sat March 6, from 10 AM - 8 PM. Meals will be provided to those who attend, as well as Mass celebrated for the Third Sunday of Lent. Fr Erik Lenhart, a Franciscan priest, will preside. The cost is $50, and well worth it. Hank Grimsland is in charge of St. Joseph's New Paltz College Student Group, he's the main contact for any information. hankgrimsland@gmail.com. His phone number is (845) 594-5597. Perhaps a carpool can be arranged if multiple parishioners choose to attend. The retreat is one day, mask and social distancing guidelines will be strictly enforced. God Bless you and your parish as you begin the Lenten journey.
